How can we connect individuals and the causes they're passionate about in a more meaningful, impactful way?

Actionbuttong.org was looking to expand their product offerings and my team was challenged with the above.

To start the process I conducted interviews with two volunteer-minded individuals. I created a user persona to better understand the users' needs, experiences, behaviors. This persona informed my decision to include a 'community tracker', an implementation of a social aspect to the application.
